About Dila-o by Orgo
Dila-o is project of Gogi Dakishvili and the Orgo winery. The invention of the two wines came by accident when expermenting making lighter skin-contact wines. Lighter wines with 1 month in qvevri then stabilized in stainless steel. Arguably the best way to discover skin-contact wines.
