About this wine
Amber dry wine made from grapes grown in the Tsinandali protected area. The wine was fermented with the grape skins in qvevri, according to Georgia's 8,000-year-old traditional technology. Rich with tannins that make its body balanced.

His amber wines are sourced from estate grown and organically farmed vineyards in the Tsinandali micro-zone. All whites see 6 months of skin contact in qvevri and then 3 months of fine lees aging in stainless steel. Very serious wines.
