Riravo helped launch Georgia's craft distilling movement when Giorgi Tevzadze founded the distillery in Saguramo, near Mtskheta, in 2013. Alongside traditional grape chacha, Riravo is known for its wild-fruit spirits — distilled from ripe Georgian feijoa, persimmon, quince, wild plum (tkemali) and more.
