The dream of Soliko Tsaishvili continues following his passing! Carrying the torch is the family friend Irakli and Soliko's wife Nino. They continue to farm bio-dynamically and use zero sulfur to create alive and unique wines from the terroir of south western Kakheti, which is hotter.
