About this wine
Made with Saperavi grapes hand-picked in 60-year-old vineyards in the village of Khashmi, a Protected Designation of Origin about 20 kilometers north-east of Tbilisi. Fermented and matured in qvevri following the 8,000-year-old Georgian traditional method.
